- Arrange payment schedule and manage all payment transactions
- Enforce the completion deadline date with the contractors
- Schedule each phase of construction with the contractors
- Inspect the quality of all materials and plants before installation
- Inspect the quality of all the materials and plants after installation
- Enforce the replacement of any defective material, plant, or installation
- Walk through the project with you and the contractor to check for any defective or incomplete items before your final payment is made
